Salt and Sand Cottages is a provider of luxury accommodations and short-term rentals in Florida. Some of our properties are located in Indian Rocks Beach, and Dunedin, Florida. We specialize in high-quality accommodations that cater to families, couples getaways, girls weekends and business travelers.
Barbra and Pino Mastrota are the owners and operators of Sandy Feet Cottage and Sandy Toes Cottage. Barbra was born and raised in the UK and Pino was born and raised in Italy. In moving to the USA in 1996, both Pino and Barbra love being a host to the visitors and guests that frequent and enjoy all the beautiful cottages, but mostly enjoy getting the opportunity to meet and make friends with the guests.

During Your Stay
I am happy to answer any questions, quickly and promptly and I'm just a phone call or text away. On arrival, be sure to ‘check in’ on the cottage IPad, which is loaded with information and suggestions for delicious restaurants and fun things to do in our area.
The IPad also has information about our home which includes trash day pick up and codes to our complimentary beach box loaded with everything you need for a fun day at the beach
